• Study the market & Contacting the customers being serviced to understand their service requirements and the most suitable products for these requirements.
• Promptly provide and then to follow up on quotations for business (inquiries and tenders)
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Deliver presentations of products at customer sites.
• Study the technical specifications and provide the right item which meets the requirements.
• Working and coordinating with engineering, technical services and the suppliers to provide the solutions for the customers.
• Provide the technical submittal along quotations and coordinating between the procurements and technical/engineering staff of customer to get all the needed approvals even from customer or end-user.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• Process sales & order information and entering into ERP system.
• Provide the Area Sales Manager with information in relation to competitors activities, pricing trends and market trends
• Provide information to Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager about product requirements based upon market trend, customer plans, proposed projects and related customer feedback.
• Gathering of market and customer information needed for data analysis and trends.
• Produce weekly and daily visit reports.
• Maintain credit within the company's guidelines and to ensure that customers stay within these laid down guidelines .by continually following up on collections.
• Co-ordinate with the stock yard for effecting timely delivery to customers and to specify correctly and adequately the delivery needs of the customer.
• Provide the Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager with information in relation to competitors activities, pricing trends and market trends.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Calculating client quotations and administering client account.

• Managing shutdown and project with all the required material and manpower and finished on the time.
• Maintain property equipment functioning, and electro-mechanical units in a good condition.
• Spare part management, that includes following up with suppliers and examining every part standards and specifications.
• Research the market for local spare parts supplier that might provide an alternative.
• Spare parts stock control.
• Troubleshooting planning to minimize break down time.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly based reports that illustrate every single maintenance process performed, installed spare parts, and the overall cost of the labours, spare parts, break down time, compared to the production time frame.
• Develop maintenance manual and as directed.
• Set up corrective actions to solve problems from the root causes rather than when it occurs.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders and maintains the work orders as a record of work completed. Tracks and records repairs. Makes repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Preparing reports using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
• Perform preventive actions and other tasks as assigned per the maintenance manual.
• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and daily-based maintenance as directed in the maintenance manual.
• Supervise technicians for a proper completion of the work.
• Adjusts control on mechanical systems to meet required Company standards.
• Ensure fire safety equipment (fire alarm system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.) are operational and that inspections are up-to-date, and forwards inspection reports to the General Manager.
• Ensure that all maintenance tools are in good working condition and stored neatly and securely in the warehouse room.
• Bachelors of Engineering - Electro-Mechanical (Mechatronics) from Jordan University Of Science &Technology, (Jordan) in 2008. (Secured Good Degree)
