A. Regarding the work of Messrs. consultants:
Following up the updating of charts and general guidelines and
checking out various maps and proposing amendments aimed at
ensuring the requirements of the owner regarding the project and
its nature.
Continue preparation of tender documents and review and
propose appropriate adjustments for completion.
Oversee the phases of sending invitations to Messrs. contractors
to tender, contacting, clarifying ...
Reviewing prices and preparing process evaluation reports to the
owner with a statement of opinion upon request, and reviewing
contracts prepared by the consultants to the contractors depending
on the desire of the owner and preparing the appropriate archive
and documentation.
At site, urging completion of deficiencies to ensure followup by
consultants, each according to its competence to work, in the
interest of the owner and his rights.
Inviting for & attending advocacy meetings, held between all
parties, as required by the conditions of works’ coordination and
cooperation, as well as reporting the owner on meetings and their
followup.
Notify the owner of his business conditions, particularly in cases
of defect by consultants and propose the appropriate measures.
B. Regarding the work of Messrs. contractors:
Working according to the owner's desire to call the appropriate
contractor and negotiate with him down to the final price along
with the preparation and or revision of contracts with a view to
appropriate conditions and scheduling..Rescheduling contracts
with contractors as by financial flows according to the
circumstances of the owner and its interest.

Setting priorities &Protocols implementation, and oversee the
full coordination between the consultants and contractors.
At site, attending the meetings with contractors in guidance
with the interest of the owner and good completion of tasks
already assigned.
Proceed through the direct supervision of the work of
contractors to scrutinize the details of the jobs to ensure the
quality of the final product, matching the specifications and
standards set out in the contract, or by assets of workmanship and
consistent with applicable laws.
Making contacts and meetings outside the workshop for
coordination between consultants and contractors to ensure good
organization of work, and going overseas for meetings with the
owner when necessary.
Followingup mail export and import between contractors and
consultants and setting up maps archive and duly approved
materials archive.
Followingup work schedules and preparation of extra works’
addendums and study of disclosures provided by contractors and
request correction and/or approval.
Preparing a monthly report on work performed (supported by
images, or documents required) in order to maintain sufficient
communication with the owner.
