Clinical pharmacist at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) responsible for:
•Evaluate drugs therapy for appropriate indications, dosage, drugs interactions and drugs allergies.
•Documented clinical activities that include Disease State management, General Pharmaco therapeutic monitoring, pharmacokinetics monitoring, ADEs, education and other patient care activities.
•Monitor patient's pharmacotherapeutics.
•Identifying Adverse Drug Effects, assisting in their management and prevention.
•Providing Drugs Information and Intravenous compatibility information to the ICU team.
•participate in ward rounds to take patient drug histories
•liaise with other medical staff on problems patients may experience when taking their medicines; discuss treatments with patients' relatives, community pharmacists and GPs;
•supervise the work of less experienced and less qualified staff; answer questions about medicines from within the hospital, other hospitals and the general public;
•write guidelines for drug use within the hospital and implement hospital regulations;
•provide information on expenditure on drugs;
•check prescriptions to make sure there are no errors and that they're appropriate and safe for the individual patient;
•Performed training Program to pharmacy students and new clinical pharmacists through experiential clinical rotations

•Manage the pharmacotherapy of neonatal patients.
•Daily activities may include: medical rounds, drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic evaluations,
Application of evidence-based literature to current medication therapies, providing in-services to
Physicians, nurses and pharmacists, and reviewing the overall care and potential disease states
The neonatal patients.

Successfully completed Master Professional Degree of Pharm D, first year was a theoretical while second year was a practical clinical rounds.

Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy practice (I), Infectious Disease Therapeutics, GIT Therapeutics, pharmaceutical care for patients with Immunological Disorders, Pharmaceutical care for patients with Endocrine Disorders, Oncology Therapeutics.
Base of therapeutics Literature Evaluation and Bio statistics, Pharmacy practice (II), Pharmaceutical Care for patients with Cardiovascular Disorders, Pharmaceutical care for Patients with structural or Neurological Disorders, Pharmaceutical care for Patients with Rental Disorders, Pharmaceuticals care for Patients with Respiratory Disorders.

Review prescription order to determine accuracy and suitability
•Filled prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner
•Accepted and recorded shipments of pharmacy supplies then organized and stocked them
