Clinical pharmacist at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) responsible for:
•Evaluate drugs therapy for appropriate indications, dosage, drugs interactions and drugs allergies.
•Documented clinical activities that include Disease State management, General Pharmaco therapeutic monitoring, pharmacokinetics monitoring, ADEs, education and other patient care activities.

•supervise the work of less experienced and less qualified staff; answer questions about medicines from within the hospital, other hospitals and the general public;
•write guidelines for drug use within the hospital and implement hospital regulations;
•provide information on expenditure on drugs;
•check prescriptions to make sure there are no errors and that they're appropriate and safe for the individual patient;
•Performed training Program to pharmacy students and new clinical pharmacists through experiential clinical rotations
