• Manage the CRM (Vtiger) .
• Manage the Domain Server (Primary, secondary).

• Manage the Leased Line and Microwave Communication lines with load balancing & Failover.

• Manage AMC Call Center With Cisco Business Edition 6000, Avaya IPO 500 with Contact Center.
• Manage the MPLS, VPN, 3G Connections between Jeddah HQ and Other Branches in KSA.
ROLE-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
-Responsible for Autoline ERP system over Giza National Automotive - GNA, the project overview is as follows :
o Autoline is the top Dealer Management System over the world with more than three thousands installation world-wide, Autoline is recommended by Mercedes-Benz
o Support Autoline ERP System over Giza National Automotive - GNA this include 2 Companies, 2 Locations (Dokki, Pyramids Heights), about 350 Concurrent Connection .
o Project Include Servers & Hardware as IBM AIX over Power System with Virtualization, Network Implementation & Security, Hardware Procurement .
o Manage & Co-Ordinate Interfaces Implementation between Mercedes-Benz Egypt and ADP.
o System set-up/Configuration, this include Franchise Data, CRM, Showroom, Vehicle Admin, POS (Parts / Service) and Accounting .
- Manage Technical Team, ensuring business security, disaster recovery, Systems Availability.
- Manage the Call center with Avaya solution .
- Manage Company Website (www.gna.mercedes-benz.com.eg).
- Manage Microsoft Exchange server 2010 over IBM Blade server, IBM Storage and Backup Solution .
- Manage the security with FortiGate firewall for internet, GFI Mail Security, Kasbarscky Antivirus, CCTV IP solution with AXIS solution .
- Manage all Networks Activities with Cisco Core & Edge Switches & Aruba wireless solution
