- Manage electrical project works such that it is completed within the time, cost, productivity and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company’s quality and safety practices project as per directions of Project Manager.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, materials allocation, and ensures no materials are wasted on assigned part of site.
- Interfaces with sub contractors to ensure compliance of project implementation with construction schedule.
- Assists with preparation of construction schedule, manpower histogram, submittal log, drawing log, and any changes thereof, in coordination with Construction staff & project planning.
- Coordinate with Mechanical engineer and Project Manager on preparation of all project submittals and drawings.
- Suggest possible alternatives as value engineering options explaining the benefit to the client (cost/technical/delivery).
- Manage control quality activities, validate scope process, ensures that deliverable meets the project specifications & achieve customer acceptance.
- Supervise the site engineers, supervisors & assigns responsibilities to on site staff as per directions of Project Manager .
- Coach, mentor and develop staff as appropriate to improve performance.
- Attend/leads project meetings, as directed by Project Manager and record meeting minutes.
- Prepare/Monitor shop drawings, coordination drawings, Technical submittals, requests for information, and technical quires.
- Develop issues log & assumption register, risk register to solve any issues raise during the project life cycle.
- Assist in coordinating on project logistics and temporary facility plans.

- Siemens - PS Relocation to SDEH Project/Dammam.
- Extension of Delta CO. Factory for Bottled Water/Jeddah.
- Low Bay Siemens Dammam Energy Hub Project/Dammam.
- Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Project/Dammam.
Main activities and responsibilities:

- Obtain quotations from subcontractors and service providers. Summarize the gathered information on comparison report. Negotiate and review diligently their offers.
- Suggest possible alternatives as Value Engineering options explaining the benefit to the client (cost/technical/delivery).

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Site supervision /implementation /execution for all electrical works / materials related to construction and electrical projects
- Direct several Electrical crews and subcontractors in the execution of day to day in different electrical activists.
- Supervise subcontractor workers, in close cooperation with the Head of department, applying knowledge and expertise of the work; giving emphasis on efficiency, quality and productivity and sustaining target progress of the assigned subcontracted scope of work.
- Oversee works in progress for construction building activities and its conformance with QC specifications and requirements, building codes, standards and procedures including materials.
- Complete Installation, Testing and Commissioning as per local and international standards of the following systems/networks:
--LV networks /systems /components (MDBs, EMDBs, Generators, , ATSs, UPSs, LPs, PPs, Wiring Devices, Lighting Fixtures, Cables, Wires…).
--Low Current systems; Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, Access control system, Telephone/Data, BMS & Light control system.
--M.V 13.8 KV scope; M.V cables, switchgear, RMU’s, and different types of transformers oil & dry.
--Grounding and lightning protection Systems
- Preparing project documents; shop drawings, coordinate drawings, as built drawings, RFI’s, daily & weekly progress reports.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Review and understand electrical scope of works including design
drawings and specifications.
- Attend meetings with the PMC, Consultant and Client.
- Coordinate and liaise between the Electrical and other
Subcontractors.
- Communication and interfacing between other disciplines to ensure.
the proper technical execution of project works.
- Identify problems in design.
- Review the shop drawings and ensure the timely approval.
- Timely completion of required reports.
- Provide technical advice regarding installation activities.
- Analyze electrical engineering problems and formulate solutions.
