Responsibilities in “Xerox Machineries in Iran” Project:
• Marketing research through a questionnaire on new products and services for copier machineries in different sectors (High, Mid and Low volume), in the intention of our distributors and end customers.
• Preparing recommendations on strategies to improve market shares for all companies segments.
• SWOT analysis on all our competitors.
• Preparing Economical and Political forecast on Iran.
• Analyzing sells and imports data on copier machineries to predict markets trends.

Responsibilities in “Xerox in the Oil and Gas sector” Project:
• Created a Marketing research through a questionnaire on Xerox services after sale. Analysis of issues and defects to enhance our services.
• Initiated a classification strategy on defects and introduced the concept of “Satisfaction Number”, a measurement of clients satisfaction.
• Developed advertising strategies on new Xerox products for the Oil and Gas sector by analyzing collected data. Proposed solution on which companies requiring a better advertizing strategy and which ones need a change in contract types for the services after sale.
• Presented recommendation to the Customer Relationship Management group, on required changes to their service after sales agreements, to services pricings, and to use the original spare parts for the machineries for services.
