Job duties are basically focusing on client requirements and end user satisfaction (Tenants) as a third party and a revenue generator business for FM- wasl and wasl, by ensuring higher levels of service delivery as per the set expectations.

Managing around 5000 units in FM and specifically operation activities in a team of six by monitoring and supervising five service providers in order to maintain and enhance assets condition and performance. The units are mixed units between residential buildings, Villas and warehouses.

Overseeing and direct involvement in fast track projects where wasl has to deliver full refurbishment and full building/Villa maintenance in a limited amount of time. Not mentioning the day to day operations in FM levels where solutions to be provided and escalations to be dealt with.

Communicating in a higher level with the all concerned parties (Third party clients and wasl management) and updating them in weekly meeting, monthly presentations and regular reports.

Financial responsibilities are included where service delivery verifications in all FM aspects (Planned preventive maintenance and Corrective maintenance ) are monitored closely in order to release and approve payments within SAP accordingly.

Specific description of job duties will include daily follow ups with service providers along with processing of quotations, reviewing service providers requests and proposals. Conducting monthly and quarterly to assess the performance of the service providers as per the agreed and set SLA’s and KPI’s. Monthly walk a round’s, buildings inspections and maintenance work orders verification. In addition to daily monitoring of tenants maintenance requests and violations in CRM.
