Working as a Projects Manager for ASD Architects (Al-Dugaither Architects Engineers) in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia, work included Managing, coordinating & assign design and supervision teams on several projects beside Improving and monitoring the implementation of file naming system, projects time schedules, coordination between all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical), responsible for interviews and hiring the new staff, study & prepare technical and financial proposals for the new projects.
Work included Architectural concepts & presentations with (ACAD, Adobe Photoshop & PowerPoint), beside Mechanical, Electrical, Urban Planning & Landscaping Drafting, And then promoted as CAD Coordinator with the following duties & authorities:-
1. Ensure that CADD system is having the positive impact on the operations of the different Disciplines.
2. Establishes the CADD production procedure, graphic standards, pen assignment standards, computer files naming system, project numbering and user’s drafting manual reference.
3. Monitors the overall technical performance of the CADD users, and ensure that they are using the current office standards.
4. Provides software training & support for users in Technical department.
5. Provides required CADD programming and customization support to enhance the users productivity.
6. Coordinates with IT the Project LAN tree, access right and security to project files for the CADD users.
7. Organizes data transfer (import & export) through the network to external offices.
8. Explore, review and evaluate the new technology related to CADD. Work through the internet and other source data.
9. Communicate with the relevant person in the external offices for system compatibility.
10. Coordinate with all relevant (IT, sections & PM) for project submittal plotting requirements and data back up for the ongoing projects in different stages.
Extensive experience in drainage layout, cold & hot water network, heating, fire fighting system, medical gas (for hospitals), HVAC ducting & piping systems, Power, Lighting, Public Address.
Working included Detailing machines and the knowledge of Designing Different Construction Formed of Steel Sheets, using ACAD 2D & 3D.
Gained experience in Detailing Aluminum Profiles using ACAD 2D.
Gained experience with drainage layout, cold & hot water supply, heating & air ducts.
Diploma of Mechanical Engineering Drafting.
General Secondary Education Certificate.
