Working as a legal advisor
• Represent the RCH in various legal proceedings across the kingdom regarding cases that may come up in the course of business and maintain the RCH’s best interest at all time, including filing law suits in favour of the company before the concerned judicial authority depending on the type of case / issue.
• Issue the required written responses, pleading letters and reports to all concerned judicial authorities.
• Implement all decisions issued by judicial authorities and communicates the decision to the concerned department within the RCH.
• Provide on-going legal advice & support to all departments by giving a formal opinion regarding the substance or procedure of the law, based on a particular legal matter the RCH might be experiencing.
• Creates rights and responsibilities to the Program Director
• Maintain an up to date schedule to classify legal decision and to specify the value of each case.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly follow-up before the various judicial authority and other governmental sectors where found necessary
• Implement internal and external investigation procedures "when required" with the related departments which includes the verification of the extent of commitment to the company's rules.
• Prepare and execute the required legal procedures in order to protect the RCH rights
• On-going communication and follow-up with the Labor Office with regards to labor issues.
• Create and maintain a contract wording review process which includes a review checklist of all requirements to be applied.
• Assist in drafting agreements concerning different departments to prevent the RCH’s agreements from being challenged by the judicial authority in regards to its clauses and terms.
• Review contract wordings provided by 3rd parties such as suppliers, HR, or services providers and address any challenging clauses and terms prior to establishing any sort of a business relation.
Academic Qualification: - Master degree in Commercial Law, graduated in January/2013.GPA: 3.13/4 - Bachelor degree in Islamic Law, graduated in July 2008. GPA: 3.81 of 5. Imam Mohamed Ibn Saud Islamic University.
