Principally to lead the Project team in the following activities
Execute projects using Maaden ALCOA Project Control System.
Follow and implement Maaden EHS program for any contractor working inside Maaden.
Coordinate all related activities with other Maaden departments.
Maintain strong and close relation with all customers.
Assist end users team with approved business cases to develop the project cost and the preliminary cost estimate and schedule.
Responsible for Project Management and leading all assigned projects.
Prepare the ITB (Invitation to Bid) packages in order to send them to bidders through procurement department.
Create PRs through oracle system.
Manage the Interface between disciplines/departments.
Interacting and managing Consultants, Vendors and Construction Contractors.
Initiate the project execution strategy and discuss it with end user team.
Managing the engineering consultancy to develop FEED package with cost estimate +/- 10%.
Tracking and Controlling of Consultant work progress.
Reviewing with respective area technical team all deliverables submitted by consultant.
Submit the FEED package with the cost estimate to end user team for review and to get management approval for fund (AFE Package).
Involving in commissioning activities preparing of punch list.
Coordinate with end user any shutdown requirements.
Coordinate contractors safety orientation session prior commencing any work and as applicable to each plant.
Coordinate contractor’s access permits.
Coordination between contractor and end user team for work permits
Reviewing the enquiry specification released by Consultant and floating enquires
Obtaining offers from vendors
Technical Bid Analysis and Recommendation
Leading a team of all disciplines in Project Execution
Coordinating with equipment vendors and construction contractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and construction
Reviewing of supplier’s internal inspection report
Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Progress Report.
Planning & Scheduling of Project Activities
Safe and efficient execution of Projects
Coordination with department document controller for uploading the new/revised drawings/documents to company document management system.
Follow-up on project close out requirements.
Follow-up on monthly invoices to meet department planned cash flow.
Assets the department manager in developing department procedures, flow charts and forms.
Assets engineers in department with their assignment and resolving any conflicts.
Any other project related activities as delegated by Engineering Manager.

Saudi Aramco Project:
Involved in Eastern and central region bulk plants expansion Project these include four bulk plants (Qassim, Sulayyil, Hassa and Qatif).
•Assisting in man-hours estimate for new project within the proposal/detailed phase.
•Assisting in the preparation of MTO, valves data sheets and piping/fittings wall thickness calculations.
•Review the Piping Design documents (P&ID, Isometrics, GA’s, Tie-ins list, Supports Details, and MTO).
•Review the piping activities and completion in accordance with schedule requirements.
•Ensuring implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures.
•Responsibility for monitored piping CADDs quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.
Familiar with standards (ASME, ASTM, API).
Assist in engineering work, Design, Supervising the assembly section.
