•Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
•Provide support to employees through counseling and processing of employee requests
•Resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues with company staff
•Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
•Nurture cultivating company culture through events and activities
•Create and implement effective onboarding plans
•Be actively involved in recruitment and maintaining hiring processes

•Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
•Maintain employee records (attendance, performance data, etc.) through the archiving system
•Ensure implementation of HR related compliance requirements as per government laws
•Prepare and present periodic HR reports as required by management
•Administer compensation and benefit plans
•Assistant talent acquisition and recruitment processes
•Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
•Promote HR programs to create efficient and conflict-free workplace
•Assistant development and implementation of human resource policies
•Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
•Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
•Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
•Ensure compliance with labor regulations
•Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizations goals and strategy related human resource management .
