Reporting to General Manager Support Services
•Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
•Provide support to employees through counseling and processing of employee requests
•Resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues with company staff

•Prepare and present periodic HR reports as required by management

•Assistant talent acquisition and recruitment processes
•Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
•Promote HR programs to create efficient and conflict-free workplace
•Assistant development and implementation of human resource policies
•Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
•Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
•Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
•Ensure compliance with labor regulations
•Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizations goals and strategy related human resource management .

• Reporting to General Manager - Follow up recruitment process for new employees (preparing work contract)- Follow up on vacations and directs for employees- Follow up employee salaries- Preparing final clearances and experience certificates for employees- Solve all employee-related problems such as salary delays, restrictions, and monthly leave- Preparing employee letters- selected candidates and preparing their CVs- Managing employee information and maintaining personnel files- Supporting management by reviewing organizational structure from point of view of human resources to ensure that changes and planning are carried out comprehensively and effectively- Maintaining up-to-date information on labor market and employment- Applying and adhering to rules and guidelines in areas of employment
Reporting to Accounting Supervisor
•Follow up daily work and enter it into accounting system, open customer accounts for new cars, make monthly budget
•Payment of employee salaries, receipt of sales amounts, workshop, spare parts.
