* Responsible for overall smooth flow of invoice recording and timely payments.
* Monitoring the due payments invoices and reconciling accounts payable with general ledger.
* Review and approval of invoices and payments.
* Responsible for maintaining payroll accounts and handle reconciliation account and maintain payment and personal records of the employees and ensure accurate integration with payroll and benefit system.
* Revise existing accounts and make necessary changes if necessary.
* Prepare documents and internal payroll audits.
* Ensure accurate payroll by verifying deductions from wages and auditing department pay authorization.
