Export Origination Analyst - covering renewable and low carbon energy supply in the UK, including the climate change levy, renewable obligation and the fuel mix disclosure that EDF produce
• Providing analytical support to the export origination and export procurement teams
• Researching and analysing market information by writing reports with regards to trends and patterns
• Calculating valuations and pricing to support negotiations for the purchase of export and low carbon energy

Working with Sales, I worked under the guidance of Account Managers. I set up new tenders for groups and major customers. I applied for credit checks, to reduce the financial risk to the company.
I handled and resolved complex queries and problems for customers, portfolio managers and account managers, which allowed E.ON to maintain a good contractual relationship with customers. As tenders were priced on a transfer price basis, SLA’s were in place, to ensure maximum profitability. I ensured the database was accurate, updated debt reports and worked with the account managers to recover the debt. I supervised the team of sales support, directing and delegating day to day on workload, as well as mentoring and coaching new candidates of team.
Working as an Account Manager I processed mortgage applications. My responsibilities include applying for credit checks for applicants in line with the Abbey policy using Experian, handling telephone calls with mortgage brokers and Abbey mortgage centre, to ensure that the application has been submitted successfully, ensuring SLA’s are met and helping to meet centre target as well as personal targets and delivering excellent customer service. I also did some training and mentoring work with new candidates that joined the team, supervising them and helping them when needed.
I processed new applications for secured loans for small and medium business. I made relevant checks on properties on the land registry, contacting solicitors and lending branches for each and every case until it was completed. I prepared correspondences for customers and solicitors. I interfaced internally with the lending branches and also externally with the land registry, solicitors and customers.
