Managing HSE for the Allrig Group in all locations worldwide.
Implement & contribute towards continual improvement of the ALLRIG Global Health Safety & Environmental Management System ensuring that the standard requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001 are met.
Develop & deliver HSE trainings as required.
Develop a proactive HSE culture within the Organisation through awareness drives & safety campaigns.
Implement the ALLRIG Behavioural-Based Safety program.
Investigate and ensure implementation of the identified CAPA report.
Ensure that the annual audit plan is effectively completed.
Communicate HSE statistics periodically and present at the Annual Management review.
Conducting Internal Audit of various departments on OSHAS 18001 & EMS 14001.
Auditing Subcontractor's OHS & E compliance & advising on approvals.
Conducting Subcon's OHS & E performance evaluation
Member of the Management system Improvement team for fine tuning of OHSE Management System procedures as per the changing requirements of the Organisation and changes in the local legislation.
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & control(QRA)
Project HSE Plan
Lead the team in formulation of British Safety Council-Sword of Honour application (Drydocks World-Dubai was subsequently awarded the BSC Sword of Honour for the year 2013)
Review & Closure of Occurrence Reports.

Hazard /near miss reporting & risk assessment for Shell-Prelude FLNG Turret project.
Inspection & compliance verification, OHS & E audits of various contractors on DOLWIN-2, SOLAN and SHELL FLNG TURRET project.

• Conducted lectures on Fire Safety, Prompt response to Fire alarm system, methods of combating minor & major fires, precautions, evacuation drills with the help of classroom training as well as mock drills.
• Established safety procedures and method statement, maintaining safety records, review and monitoring the site HSSE performances, Accident / Incidents investigation, reporting and record maintenance.
• Lead a team of ESSA (Environmental Safety Support Assistants) to implement the Organizational objectives in the area of Fire safety, Flight safety and Environmental Safety.
• Lead Project Management Group and ensured LTI free installation of radars for two 32 mts tall radar towers.
• Member of the umpiring teams for major disaster drills to determine effective response of emergency services like ambulances, fire safety tenders, bomb disposal teams, aviation security & cranes and prepared reports.
