• Develop and communicate weekly production schedule based on sales forecast and stock level.
• Develop and communicate weekly Distribution schedule based on production schedule and stock level
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and equipment at all times continuously reducing operating costs
• Monitor daily inventory status, daily sales variations, backlogs and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with production department regarding production rates, manpower, scheduled downtime and other issues affecting production line efficiencies.
• Coordinate with other section to ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, returnable empties and pallets per production requirements to meet production schedule.
• Prepare, distribute and analyze production schedule volume and compliance reports on timely basis.
• Coordinate with other functions (MRP, Quality, production, Maintenance, warehouse) and revise the schedule where needed.
Regularly update & maintain quality SAP data base systems.
provide administrative support for upkeep of well files in electronic and hard copy formats
field wise database of drilling problems & best practices
Follow up on material availability by working closely with Well Engineers, Senior Well Engineers and Well Engineering Materials Team
Monitor SAP data clean up & Annual Contract Value (ACV) of Contracts on regular basis
Liaise with Assistant Drilling Supervisor, Well Site Petroleum Engineer on the work units and the Data Management Focal Points of the Asset Teams.
Work closely with the Senior Well Engineers, Well Engineers, Service Companies and customers
Activities via SAP
Updating order received via email into SAP for (LUBRICANTS & FUELS)
Ensue all price reviews are updated into the system
Manage account status of all vendors (active, blocked)
Follow up with key account manager on status and prices and ensure system alignment
Send order confirmation to some vendors
Supported call center activates based on demand
provide administrative support for upkeep of invoice files in hard copy formats
