IT Help Desk Support Engineer
* Single Point of content for desktop support and technical IT related issues.
* Ensure that calls are picked and registered in the system.
* Ensure that incidents/service request log are analyze, assign to the proper workgroup.
* Ensure all incidents logged are resolved effectively with specified SLA.
* Remotely/Onsite troubleshooting all kinds of issues related to IT.
* Service support for the installation and roll out for any new application.
* Update status and provide alternative solution to the users.
working on systems as network operator on ITA (Information Technology Authority) as a contractor by GAVS company, we are taking care with the servers and monitoring them and all the system facilities on (National Date Center)
