As part time activity in parallel to my job and as a hobby also
I'm doing mechanical design engineering, i have many designs for Oil & Gas industry equipments, i have even sold some designs.
and know i have the mechanical designing discipline in my blood.
Running different types of down-hole tools tools.
running well-bore cleanup jobs, displacement, tubing pickling...
supporting technical & engineering department . with mechanical designing and technical solutions for the problems on the field.
in charge of:
- follow up maintenance operations of all equipment returned from jobs.
- follow up and make sure inspection and certification of all equipment are up to date.
- follow up spare parts and consumable inventory.
- follow up special repair operations conducted by third party.
- conducting jobs on rig sites in case of engineers shortage.
- training new technicians & field engineers.
- raise performance evaluation report for the new equipments and feedback to engineering department.
- Follow up all production equipment maintenance.
- performed many modifications and improvements in the production lines and increased reliability and efficiency of the machines.
