For introduce the best service for the customers, Care Card depend on:
1. Developing an extensive and qualified network of medical providers in Syria that provide the best service to the insurance companies - clients with in the international standards.
2. Providing and developing network of medical services providers in the neighboring countries (Lebanon, Jordan).
3. Cooperation between our company and the medical service - providers by making visits and meetings with them to work together trying to give the best service for the patient.
4. To issue the rapid approvals for admission in hospitals according to the international guidelines, with emphasize on sticking to the coverage plan provided by the insurance company, in addition to follow up the patient case by a representative doctor discusses the developments of with the hospital doctors for securing the best service, with creating a kind of communication with the patient makes him feel worthwhile.
5. To control, organize, and manage the claims and expenses related to medical insurance.
6. To provide the service to the customer around 24h daily / 7 days weekly without delay or slowing.
To achieve the former, care Card Company:
Has used advanced computer systems which have been developed through 13 years of work, able to manage the medical insurance and claims according to the international standards.
Depends on American style at work.
