Responsibility:
•Understanding scenario of drive test using ActixOne.
•Providing recommendations for improvement of RSRP, SINR, HOSR, Downlink and Uplink Throughput.
•Troubleshooting of low Throughput issues, low SINR issues, poor RSRP and handover failure issues.
•Working on Site Forge and XCAP for Post processing.
•Working on VoLTE setup success rate and improvement of VoLTE set up time by analyzing layer3 messages.
•Knowledge of LSM-R tool for monitoring of neighbor’s definition, GPS position and alarm status of the site.
•GSM/WCDMA Pre-Post Logs analysist (TTSL & Vodafone, INDIA, TNPL)
Currently working in EGIL and handling Rogers Operator and Canada base LTE/5G Deployment project base on Ericsson Equipment
•Pre and Post launch KPI analysis for swap antenna.
•Need to troubleshooting major KPI after adding new layer into antenna base on collecting Logs and OSS.
•Meet the QoS target on the network -ARQ (Accessibility, Retainability, and Quality)
for both data and voice.
•2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE RAN Sharing swap project (SFR/BYTEL, France, Huawei to NOKIA)

New Site Drive Test for Phase-1 (SCFT) and report submission.
•Analyzing Radio parameters like Rx Lev, RxQual, SQI, BER, C/I.
•Resolving issues that affect cluster KPI such as Ping-Pong handover, HOFR, dropped calls.
•Did 3G drive test and analysis for SCFT, call testing, video call, HSDPA throughput and ping test.
•HSDPA, PS, CS, IRAT Handover Test on Test Node B.
•Verification of the procedures of 3G in Idle and Dedicated Mode.
•WCDMA Radio Optimization in the form of Drive-Testing, Neighbor List and Database Optimization which includes Pilot Pollution & Coverage check.
•Performance stats analysis/KPI analysis for Drop calls, CSSR, HOSR, SDCCH/TCH Congestion, SDCCH/TCH Blocking, SDCCH/TCH completion rate, SDCCH/TCH Assignment failure.
•3G Drive-Test for data-collection for HSDPA, PS, CS and post-processing for Network Optimization.
