• Making intellectual arguments to entice media buyers to use our products in a highly competitive online advertising market
• Achieving 100% of pre-agreed revenue targets
• Managing a portfolio of advertising agencies and source leads within the sales team guidelines
• Managing and exceeding agency and client expectations
• Increasing revenue from an existing clients base while generating new business opportunities
• Working closely with the Traffic Management and Accounts Teams to ensure that all fiscal administration is carried out effectively.
The Company provides local internet/online advertising and marketing services to clients that help promote their company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearheading marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, PR activities and promotions to improve the brand identity in the markets and create sales openings.
• Implementing sales and customer retention/development plan, recommending improvements, and quantifying achievements in terms of tangible financial benefits.
• Researching present/future market opportunities and trends with the objective of recommending suitable strategies and tactics to the senior management to exploit the same for sound and profitable growth.
• Targeting potential clients, expanding current accounts, developing account strategies, as well as negotiating and closing revenue-generating relationships with leading prospects to enhance profits and market share growth.
• Conducting all business-specific marketing and communications activities including advertising, sponsorships, events and integrated marketing campaigns for client companies.
• Staying attuned to market dynamics and prospective clients with reference to changing market trends and service issues.
• Prospecting new clients, building relationships to acquire advertising accounts whilst providing enhanced customer service by delivering within time and estimated budget.
• Keeping close tabs on market dynamics/competitor activities and devising effective marketing strategies to counter the same. Collating information and formulating strategies to optimize performance parameters and business outputs.
List of achievements:
• Promoting the company profile to the local and regional markets and increasing the number of clients by 450%.
• Achieving sales revenue of $US 800, 000 in 2008.
• Launching the first online campaign for Wataniya Telecommunication Kuwait (Currently Ooredoo) and handling the digital planning and buying.
• Launching first online campaign for IKEA Kuwait and handling the account for 3 consecutive years.
• Launching the email marketing service in 2010 that achieved sales of $US 310, 000 in 2011.
