Responsible for the mechanical works, monitoring and supervising the work progress and the quality of the mechanical end product works, reviewing the material submittals and shop drawings for approvals, attending the meetings with the client, contractors and other parties for cooperation and coordination in view of facilitating the completion of works.

Description of Work:
1-Monitor, identify, and analyze all project costs with a view of Facilitating the
Completion of the project with appropriate revenue, at minimum cost and within
Budget limit.
2- Coordinate with planning department to create activities schedule, program of
Work, and Manpower histogram,
3- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
4- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis
And hold regular status meetings with all the team.
5- Monitor Material Procurement activities for the project under my Control and
Ensure that all materials are submitted approved, ordered and
Delivered in accordance with project time schedule
6 -Ensure that the project QA/QC & HSE policies and system are Properly and
Efficiently satisfies the requirements of the Contract.
7- Ensure of submitting properly invoicing on regular basis.
Execution of piping works with all related instrumentation, Execution of Plant Rooms, Installation of Vertical Main Water Pumps, Horizontal, Jockey Pumps, Expansion vessels, Submersible Pumps Automatic Self Cleaning Filters, Over Head Cranes, HVAC Systems, Firefighting Networks, Plumbing and Drainage System, Installation of Sanitary Fixtures, Infra structure works, Manholes, Subsoil Drainage System, Storm Water Networks, Installation of Carbon Steel Pipes For Pump Rooms and Erection of Steel Supports, Installation of 500mm dia. And Below UPVC, GRP, HDPE Pipes for External underground Works,
Irrigation networks, LDPE and Several Types Of Grippers and Spray Heads inside Farms and Gardens, SCADA, Fiber Optic
And Radio Waves for Control Systems, Installation of Main and Sub-main Distribution Panels, In Addition To the Electrical and Power Networks. Construction of Different Numbers of Concrete Water Tanks, Volume (1) & (2) Million Gallons Each, Accommodation Buildings, Transformer Rooms. Refurbishment of steel Crude oil, jet Fuel, naphtha, and diesel tanks….etc
Description Of Work:
Installation Of Mechanical & Piping Works With All Associated Accessories Relevant To Central Cooling Plants For Example But Not Limited to:
• Cooling Towers.
• Chillers 2000 Ton Each.
• Pumps.
• Gas Generator 3 MW Each.
• Freon Gas Flush Out Unit And Network.
• Compressed Air Networks.
• Domestic Water Networks.
Responsible For The Renovation Of Electromechanical Works Including The Supply & Installation Of HAVC System Central Screw Type Chiller Plant, Boiler Plants Including All Pumps & Piping Electrical Power & Low Voltage System Motor Control Centers, Building Automation Central System, Sprinklers, Fire Fighting System, Addressable Fire Fighting System, Swimming Pools & Decorative Fountains. responsible for mechanical works at various sites of the project including supply & installation of HVAC systems, central chillers plants, fire fighting system, steam and water boilers, central air handling plants & doing (TAB)the Testing, Adjusting and balancing of air handling units, fan coils, air outlets, pumps & extract fans for commissioning
