Managing Qatar operations and Sales & Distribution
Outline strategies and operational business plan.
Manage Sales & Relationship managers for the new business & existing portfolio to develop the account and ease renewal.
Build relationship with the network providers.
Quarterly updates of the better business plan with the sales team KSA wise, to review forecast in each territory, update market feedback (price, competitors...) and continuously monitoring and coaching the sales team, identifying, recommending and implementing corrective measures to insure the achievement of company policy in terms of monthly sales targets.

A hospital supplies and equipment company. I was a brand manager for J&Johnson medical. My target was mainly surgeons, hospitals, and consumers. Two different targets because of the variety of the product.
Sutures and endoscopic disposable materials were the target of the surgeons and hospitals, Disinfectant soaps (Gamophen)and evervesent (Presept) was the target of consumers in the supermarkets and pharmacies.
I had to maintain market share and increase it by introducing new methods and new products.
