Logistics:
• Plan and Supervise export shipments
• Co-ordination with factories and purchase dept regarding export consignment ready dates.
• Daily stock monitoring and correlating with export ready date to avoid delay in Shipment. There by avoiding LC discrepancy and on time shipment.
• Ensure smooth operations and management of the logistics and distribution activities
• Coordination with Shipping Lines and CHA for freight rate fixation.
• Monthly preparation of freight rates charts from various port and their by giving additional benefit to sales team in terms of better price realization
• Coordinate with shipping line, CHA and freight forwarders for timely dispatch.
• Planning and executing daily logistics activities comprising transaction documentations, customs clearance, and transportation and shipping arrangement
• Preparing monthly negotiation report.
• Maintain Shipment register.
• Coordinate with CHA for EP Copy / Exchange Control Copy of Air and Sea Shipments.

Documentation:
• Verification and approving Letter of Credit
• Prepare Pre Shipment Documents as per PO, PI & LC terms.
• Prepare B/L & AWB instructions as per LC terms & Normal
• Prepare post shipment documents as per LC and other terms
• Ensuring prompt receipt bill of lading and related docs with stipulated time frame, thereby ensuring proper negotiation of docs
• Timely preparation of Post Shipment Export Documents to claim export documents negotiation as Letter of credit, TT and DA
• Experience in handling JDFT docs (Joint Director of Foreign Director)
• Preparing Docs for ECGC (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India)
• Passing Shipment under Drawback.
• Arranging various duty Exemption certificate (Certificate of Origin, Certificate from Chamber of Commerce
Customer Care:
• Informing material readiness and requesting for LC or Mode of payment (as per term)
• Shipment tracking and updating the customers on timely basis.
• Answering customer queries through mail and phone.
