1. Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems, by ensuring recording, Compile, and preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual) in compliance with accepted policies and procedures within the reporting deadline.
2. Managing Budgets, conduct review & evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
3. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows by managing and controlling of Receivable and Payable.
4. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors. Solicitors, bankers, vendors etc.
5. Attend & represents department at various executive / management meetings for dissemination of information as and when necessary.
1 Ensure proper management of all accounting records. Oversee the day-to-day activities and performance of accountants and ensure proper training is provided for all key accounting & finance staff. Ensure that accounting team is comfortable and familiar with the Company’s policies & procedures.
2 Ensure that all fund disbursement transactions are compliant with the Company’s operational policies and procedures prior to disbursement, e.g. completeness and accuracy of required documentation and approvals.
3 Assist the Chief Financial Officer in the process of preparation of financial statements, Cash Flow, Budget and other management reports.
4 Liaise with external auditors, bankers and help them achieve their duties and address the issues raised by them.
1. Plans, organizes implements accounting operations and objectives; coordinates and integrates all activities toward achievement of established goals & objectives.
2 Plans, manages, coordinates, and implements the year end closing processes & procedures for assigned accounting records; conducts year-end closing process; provides information to financial auditors; conducts standard internal audits of various accounting records.
3 Prepares budget forms for distribution at the beginning of the budget process; prepares fund summaries. Ensures all functions and programs under charge are performed within established budgetary parameters, to include performing cost control activities, monitoring revenues & expenditures, ensuring sound fiscal control.
4 Handling Banking & Insurance activities
5 Prepares a variety of studies, reports and related information for decision-making purposes. Assess the root causes of problem areas and identify proper solutions to address errors and weakness.
1. Responsible for financial management monitoring including all revenues, expenses, endowment funds and investments.
2 Develops and maintains polices and controls for financial functions.
Manages the development and monitoring of overall organizational and departmental operating budgets.
3 Manages all aspects of financial relationships with external groups.
4 Continuously realigns all aspects of the organization's operations and support services to facilitate and reinforce the effectiveness of strategic plans. This includes realigning key business processes, the organizational structure, management practices, communications, the development and deployment of staff.
5 Assesses and analyses the financial, administrative and operational implications of proposed actions and decision by individual areas and departments on the whole of the organization.
6 Development and implementation of basic human resource functions.
Consolidated organizational hiring policies including rationalization and management of overall organizational staffing (management of costs, staff placement, allocation of human resources, etc.)
1 Supervise a team of accountants, responsible for accounting functions, preparation of payroll, liaising with Banks implementation and effective monitoring of credit policies and control, Handling audit and costing functions.
2 Preparing batch / unit cost sheet for syrup and tablet divisions for all job orders.
3 Preparing cash flows and Budgets
