My responsibility is coordinate for CRP's major 5 units activities like -Social welfare service, CBR, Vocational Training Institute, Counseling and Sports for the people with disabilities

•In where my core responsible is planning, coordinate, evaluate and implement field rehabilitation programs to ensure quality of standards within for the people with disabilities.
•Supervise 8 district representative to follow up community based program
•Responsible for coordinate and participate rehabilitation health camps for children with disabilities
•Coordinate and work closely with key individuals of rehabilitation departments to organize health camps and wheel chairs and devices distribution.
•Provide Occupational Therapy assessment & treatment, make appropriate referral
•Responsible for disseminating project policies, guidelines, protocols and procedures of rehabilitation services to the 8 district representative
• Assist the Project Manager (Canadian fellow ) in integrating rehabilitation programs and training sessions
•Assist Operational Manager to develop project community based rehabilitation event requirements, make expense planning directed to field activities toward people with disabilities
•Conduct and participate in assessment and measurement session for wheel chairs and devices
•Conduct ramp and environmental modification measurement session and follow up technicians
•Facilitate training sessions for the health education professional and supervise the district representative.

• Screening and referral outdoor patients

• Providing professional services including assessment, intervention, evaluation and integration for the clients.

• Assessing and prescribing appropriate mobility aids and assistive devices along with clinical instruction for the appropriate use.

• Supervising and follow up activities of B.Sc OT students both foreign and native, diploma OT, Technicians through clinical supervisory support and coordination of the day-to-day activities.

• Preparing & delivering lectures on Occupational Therapy, Community Based Rehabilitation & Disability Issues for CRP’s academic institute.

• Providing support to the head of department in all aspects of implementation within a team according to an agreed work plan.

• Maintain clinical progress report & manage regular activities.

• Worked in multidisciplinary team(MDT)

• Attending monthly meeting for both department and organizational.
• Arranging and participating In-service Training.
