Salim Tradi

As an Occupational Health Physician in France, I am responsible for conducting occupational health consultations, fitness-for-work assessments, and periodic medical examinations. I advise employers and employees on occupational health and safety matters, workplace risk prevention, and employee well-being.

My responsibilities include workplace assessments, health surveillance programs, occupational risk evaluation, return-to-work assessments, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe and healthy working environments.

My achievements include managing employee health surveillance programs, supporting workplace prevention initiatives, and completing additional training in the medical surveillance of workers exposed to ionizing radiation (AFOMETRA).

Occupational Medicine Resident (Residency Training Program)

Completed an eight-year medical training pathway including extensive clinical and occupational medicine rotations. During my residency, I worked in several occupational health services, including both intercompany occupational health services and autonomous occupational health departments within large organizations.

My training involved occupational health consultations, fitness-for-work assessments, workplace risk evaluations, occupational disease prevention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. I also completed clinical rotations in pulmonology, dermatology, oncology, internal medicine, rheumatology, rehabilitation medicine, emergency medicine, and other medical specialties, providing a strong foundation in clinical practice and preventive medicine.

This experience allowed me to develop expertise in occupational health surveillance, workplace health promotion, employee well-being, and the management of work-related health conditions.
