Lead a team to support and service MRO system 24/7.
Gather requirements, prepare business case, propose solutions and implement the solutions
Ensure there is no AOG or work stoppage scenario due to application issues.
Manage Product vendor on CR, SR and Upgrades.
Continuous improvement on application system in order to simplify the process, more productive by implementing and efficiency and cost effective methods.
