Working in Actively took part in system handing over and taking over and preparation of snags.
• Venue planning and managing match day operations to ensure the venue Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & ELV system is ready for all matches.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of all Electrical systems in stadium & precinct including 11kV switchgear, 2.5MVA transformer, 1400kVA life safety generator, UPS, power distribution panels (MDB, MCCP, SDB & PDB), and lighting system with lighting control workstation.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems including FAHUs, AHUs, FCU, air
outlets, split AC, and chiller water pump and fan systems (supply fans, pressurization fans, exhaust fans, smoke exhaust fans)
PROJECT- Central Bank of Kuwait New Headquarters Building - Package BP2, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Facility management, operation & carrying out maintenance operations as per policies and procedures.
Supporting the consultant for the electro-mechanical testing &commissioning activities to take over the
asset and reporting snags by comparing the actual installation with the design specification.
Manage & supervise daily activities of technical team.
Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements & operational policies.
Ensure that PPM tasks are carried out in accordance with schedule & task lists.
Carries out routine inspection for the jobs accomplished by technicians or other contractor & ensure
quantity/ quality as per service level agreement.
Maintain, operate, troubleshooting building automation system (BAS / BMS).
Maintain, operate, troubleshooting all Electrical system, H VAC system and associated equipments.
Lead and manage all required for Extra low voltage (ELV), all electrical work operations related to
BMS, Fire alarm system, Integrated system(IS), Access Control & CCTV, Gate barrier, HVAC Control
system, Lighting Control system, PLC/SCADA Programming, UPS system .
Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown & resolve issue as quickly as
possible. Then preparing failure investigation report identifying the root cause of failure and remedial
action. Preparing all kind of MEP incident reports.
Monitoring of spare parts planning, consumption & lead time for procurement.
Complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract for High Rise
Towers, Commercial Complex.
Communicating the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring associate
Understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
Submit monthly site performance, PPM status, work order status reports to facility manager.
Evaluating Supplier and contractor performance and submitting supplier performance evaluation record
to the Management for future action. Recording daily/monthly activities for BMS (Building automation
system), Fire alarm& Public address system.
Assists in planning and scheduling maintenance and prepares detailed records and reports in a timely
manner. Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all assets.
Review and maintain maintenance logs and maintenance budgets, and complete any and all
documentation necessary to the completion of a task.
Provide 24 hours a day maintenance services or assign technical staff to do so.
Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently & making necessary
recommendations.
Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Kannur, Kerala, India. (B-TECH).
