patients in the operating room by sterilizing
equipment, preparing rooms and assessing patients
before and after surgery.

1. To follow International patient safety goal.
2. To follow pre-operative checklist.
3. To maintain Safe surgery checklist-(Timeout policy
)
4. Pre and post operative patient management.
5. To follow proper surgical handwashing.
6. To maintain sterility of the area.
7. Assisting in surgical procedure.
8. Ensuring Operating room supervision.
9. Proficiency in surgical procedure, equipment and
implants.
10. Dealing with patient emergencies during
procedure.
