IT PROJECT REVISION AND CONSULTATION
- Define project scope: goals and objectives.
- Identify and specify tasks/sub-tasks.
- Estimate resource requirements.
- Identify and allocate resources.
- Prepare and execute a project plan.

- Ensure project completion on time and under budget.

Testing country wide network connectivity and stability.
Network Clustering and RAS neighboring implementation.
Manage service of WiMAX ASN parties.
System Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
Call Tracing and troubleshooting analysis.
Business System Analyst and MS Dynamics AX developer.
