- Call center agent: answering all travel inquiries in proper way.
- Travel consultant: booking all travel services worldwide, with profeciency & accuracy.

I am taking an IATA Foundation Course that will end at June 2013. It will enable me to work in airlines and tourism industry. Ticketing and booking, handling airports operations and passengers.
