⦁ To carry out all finance and accounting duties including keeping accurate financial records of all transactions; administering the organisation’s funds; preparing budgets; petty cash; cash flow management; payroll; financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and financial policies and procedures .
• Ensure sound financial controls and systems are in place for accountability and effective use of the Centre’s financial resources.
• To authorize payments in accordance with delegated powers from the Board.
• Coordinate with auditors during preparation of accounts.
• Co-ordinate input from staff and preparing budgets for applications, and financial reports for existing donors, Induct staff in the financial policies and procedures.
• Provide regular financial reports so that the Director and Board have adequate information for decision making.
• To provide technical advice to the Director and Board on financial matters.
⦁ prepare monthly and annual budget and also prepare budgeted variance report.
⦁ Monitoring employee's leaves and vacation and calculate it.
⦁ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (Expense and Collection Accounts)
⦁ Online transaction (Payment/Transfer’s) through Net Banking from various accounts.
⦁ Maintaining the Interest & correspondence with bank regarding the capacity.
⦁ Review of account statement of Creditors with the company books
⦁ Maintaining the stock report on daily basis and preparation for General Assembly Meeting.
⦁ Fund Management of Head office & maintain & controlling of Petty Cash Expanse.
⦁ Controlling on expenses and as per the budge.
⦁ Assisting in both Internal and External Audits.
⦁ Provision on monthly basis.
⦁ Signup The Production & The Reinsurance Distribution With The Technical Departments.
⦁ Verification passing the claims and expenses in cash through proper heads.
⦁ Income tax preparation / calculation and documentation
⦁ Responsible for the Company payroll. Income tax. Social security.
⦁ Making All Kinds of Journal Voucher & Payment Voucher.
⦁ Preparing brokers’ commissions.
⦁ Making Settlements With Insurance & Reinsurance Companies.
⦁ Auditing the Proportional Treaties, Technical Reserves …ext.
⦁ Making the Annual Report (balance sheet, Income statement … ext) according to Insurance Commission regulation.
