Follow up with the team job requirements by providing technical training & providing all kind of support especially for new employees, maintain a healthy work flow amongst them by monitoring their daily work reports each according to her experience. Regularly develop job procedures in order to get the best results.
· Performing employee's appraisals and preparing key performance indicators (KPI)
· Prepare a yearly divisions' objectives to be submitted to the technical director
·Communicating with other departments including technical support for sales and supervision.
·Developing all required checklists for the division and continuously updating them

Mechanical Design including heating, AC and water supply.
·Prepare technical data, submittals and compliance sheet for the consultant
·Submitting and preparing financial offers

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system design(DX System), including all related pipe network, duct and mechanical plant layout.
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system VRF (City Multi) design, including all related pipe network, duct and mechanical plant layout, using Mitsubishi Electric City Multi Design Tool Software.
• Load calculations using HAP CARRIER & Block Load programs.
• Design and prepare technical and financial proposals.

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system design, including all related pipe network, duct and mechanical plant layout.
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system (VRF) design, including all related pipe network, duct and mechanical plant layout.
• Mechanical drawings and calculations using programs like AUTOCAD and HAP CARRIER.
• BMS design with point list, schematic and riser diagram for :
1) Multi use commercial building project (PARK PLAZA).
2) Movenpick Dead Sea Spa.
