Under the direct responsibility of the DVFP project officer, in close collaboration with the pluri-disciplinary DVFP team (occupational therapists, social workers, psycho social workers), and with the support of a regional technical adviser, you will have to
1.Identify specific needs of the program beneficiaries, contribute to the assessment of these needs; Work as mobile/outreach team or in hospital and focal points to identify, register and analyse beneficiaries specifics needs (disabilities and vulnerabilities)
2.Offer safe and1 appropriate rehabilitation interventions
• Adapt the rehabilitation intervention to the beneficiary’s essential needs and to the limitations of the emergency response.
• Define the rehabilitation intervention’s objective clearly and in a comprehensive way promoting the active participation of the beneficiary and his/her family/caretaker.
• Detect any physiological or psychological changes of the beneficiary’s state and modify treatment accordingly in collaboration with HI psycho social workers.
•Provide follow up care and make decisions regarding discharge in an appropriate manner.
