B Connect is a business Partner to IBM and Lenovo, me as a Pre-Sales Engineer we provide technical support to customer, provide financial support to sales and handle the communication between the Vendor and the customer.
My role is to assist Sales team Technically and financially in Huawei, DrayTeck and power products
We use to help the customer to solve the problem on the ADSL, USB, Blackbery, IPhone, IPad and Android operating system devices
I garduated from Faculty of Engineering, Helwan Universty, with Good total grade and Excellent project grade, also our project won in YIA commpetion. It will be My honor to be a member in our institution. Thanks for your time.
