Service Advisor:
Receive the customer, analyze the complain, deliver the customer requires to the workshop, take the customer approval on parts replacing, take appointments and deliver the car to the customer.
Warranty engineering:
Specified the parts which need to replacing within warranty policy, organize the customer and the vehicle data and take approval from the head company on the repairing.send the required data to the head company and collect repairing costs.
