As a maintenance coordinator for an electric generators and power engines company like Jubaili Bros, I receive calls from customers and give them appointments, meet their needs to the fullest to do the usual maintenance for their generators and classify the calls between urgent and non-urgent and distribute the calls on the suitable maintenance teams.
Prepare offers and yearly contracts for customers and follow up day by day the contracts should be renewed
Prepare daily maintenance schedule and distribute the schedule on the maintenance teams according to zones.
Take on-calls
Preparing warranty and commissioning sheets for each sold generator (local only)
Applying all daily maintenance reports on the computer (data entry) using ACT
Applying on-calls on the appropriate register and following them up till the end of required procedure
Follow up with customer about any new installation
Provide customers with their statements of account and follow up any due invoice
Prepare internal purchase requests
Answers telephone and transfers to appropriate staff member
- Meets and greets clients and visitors
- Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office
- Performs general clerical duties but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system
- Coordinates business communication in the department and inter-departments
- Controls visitors' traffic and arranges appointments/meetings/conferences for the department or the dept. head
- Coordinates and maintains records for the department
Answers telephone and transfers to appropriate staff member
Meets and greets clients and visitors
