Managing the Sales division, KAM, and pricing structure in terms of procurement and selling strategy. In charge of appointing and selecting new business, development, and growth. Conduct market research and analysis, as well as understanding and ensuring the customer's requirements. Develop international commercial relationships and secure new business prospects with overseas offices
Monitoring the Sales & Operation team, in term of price negotiation, customers/SLs agreements, as well as develop the trade lanes with overseas offices, including travels, presentations & assigning new. Additional to managing the Key account customers (national & global) including visits, KPI, SLA & suggesting innovative ideas/solutions, including monitoring the quality of the service provided, maintaining a positive business relationships with current one, and develop for new, along with market trends, intelligence and analysis.
Started as Sea freight manager with full activities till 2005. Then ended up by Project’s Handling (costing/pricing, communications & operation), taking care of all what is related to the business development, whether it’s concerning customers, sales division, work performance, new markets, and business development with overseas offices. Besides reports/ innovative suggestions to HQ for better work standard. Additional to
understanding the customer’s needs & requirements and implement long-term business strategies, by maintaining their contracts, solving problems, and monitor their work with all divisions as “Quality Control Tower”.
In 2008; a full sales manager duty were added, to include, sales recruiting training, supervision, motivating and monitoring sales team performance.
Setting budgets/targets, and liaising with other product Managers to better work standard level.
