● Evaluating staff members through appraisal system using classroom observations and visits.

● Coordinating with the P.R., Librarian, & Social worker regarding cultural & sociable activities inside and
outside the School premises.
● Conducting weekly meetings with the A.D. staff to follow up progress of the academic and non academic
matters.
● Holding meetings with students, parents, and other parts concerned in the learning process to follow up
with their concerns.
● Find the expertise, the skills, and the abilities of people to work with, cultivate those and glue them

- Performing day to day academic and administrative operations entailed of this position - This includes:
● Maintaining a hospitable, safe, and cooperative climate for learning.
● Supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the A.D., and leading the Department through a school improvement process that resulted in improved student performance.
Having high expectations for all to close the academic achievement gap between advantaged and less advantaged students.
Contributing to developing A.D. by setting up an Improvement Plan that includes updating the mission and vision

I studied simultaneous translation, culture, linguistics, grammar, drama and novel, Arabic My second language was Spanish.
