travel consultant Outbound Tour Operator in Corporate Department
Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request.
Searching for Supplier’s best rate.
Negotiate customized packages with customers and finalize the offer after registering all related information in its quotation file.
Prepare all hotel reservation and follow up its time limit and cancellation policies. Receive and handle customer’s complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction
Responsible of providing all travel services
Reviewing air reservation's files & issued tickets in accordance with each account's travel rules & contract and handling booking for flyduabi and Airarbia airlines.
Reissuing, re-validating, and refunding air tickets in line with each account's rules.
Customer service and dealing with angry customers.
Process and respond promptly to all travel requests; considering the most direct routes, suitable connections timings. Ensure that client specifications and Service Level Agreement are met
Check all documents for accuracy and submit to the clients within prescribed time frames
Domestic & international hotel bookings for individuals & groups.
Ensure that clients are informed at first contact of all travel requirements - specific to destination.
Process all visa requirements, where applicable.
Take regular guidance from Team Leader.
Understand and apply fare knowledge in order to source the most cost effective fares.
Arranging a program tours in Egypt including (Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Alexandria, Nile cruise reservation).
Issue travel insurance policies.
