•Liaise with departments to identify manpower requirements and ensure they are clearly identified, reflect requirements and plan for the fulfilment of the plan.
•Monitor the implementation of the manpower plan, identify deviations and recommend appropriate actions.
•Prepare the annual people cost & prepare predictive analysis for hiring needs
•Review people cost on a quarterly basis (Actual vs. Planned) and provide recommendations to be considered in the Quarterly Business Review
•Liaise with all departments to define, update and maintain an optimum organization structure including role profiles and reporting lines and that are aligned with the operating model and organizational strategy
•Manage the annual salary review process with the group central compensation team
•Execute the bonus payments
•Review salary variable payments (school allowance, Meal allowance, transportation expenses, etc.) in accordance with the company’s policies
•Maintain & update organization structure and assist management in implementing required organizational changes
• Set and update the job mapping and ensure the correct grading of the new jobs
•Validate the promotion requests according to the organization structure and acquire the needed approvals.
•Update and maintain HR information system, ensure proper cost allocation and apply any structural changes
•Review and control the internal transfer process across departments and projects according to the approved organization structure and budget
•Prepare monthly/quarterly HR dashboard for the CEO & Perform periodical analysis reports for the top management
•Maintain updated Job descriptions for the whole organization
•Contribute to the development of the HR policies and periodically revisit them to ensure that they reflect changes in the human resources environment and support the achievement of work.
• Execute the annual people cost.
• Manage the annual performance management process with the line and department managers.
• Support department managers in setting their departmental objectives and KPIs, as well as their teams to set their personal objectives in order to be aligned with the departmental & company objectives
• Review pay salary adjustment proposals and manage the salary review process with the central compensation & benefits Director
• Prepare and validate the TNA
• Research and review external training programs and materials to provide the best solution.
• Revise & maintain organizational charts to reflect organizations structure and the approved budgeted positions.
• Ensure that the job descriptions are updated.
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Update and maintain HR information system.
