CALL CENTRE AGENT cum LEASING COORDINATOR
Key Deliverables
 Calling owners/landlord in order to get stock through data base.
 Dealing with incoming Email and reply to them in appropriate manner.
 Preparing new tenancy contracts, offer letter, invoices, reports, MOU’s etc.
 Read and analyse incoming memos and report in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
 Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
 Receiving in coming and out-going phones in a professional manner at the same time delivering outstanding customer service.
 Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, maintaining record.
 Manage and maintain executive’s schedules and meetings.

LISTING COORDINATOR
Key Deliverables
• Outbound calls Making.

• Corporate with the marketing, and sales team to enhance productivity.
• Prepare a quarterly & annually plan with achievement, target, goals, challenges, and enhancement ideas.
• Report Making to the operation manager.

BROKERAGE (SALES & LEASING)
Job purpose: Finalising all sale and leasing deals transactions.
Key Deliverables
 Collect all required documents for sale deal to prepare the MOU.
 Preparing the offer letters and contract for the rent deals.
 Update owners and client with the deal process and communicate with the related strategic partners’ as well updating deal stages during deal life cycle to all concerned parties.
 Cooperate with the property consultants in finalising the deal till the transfer is successful completed.
 Schedule the transfer appointments and attend to the transfer meeting at the developer’s office.
 Coordinate with the banks in-case of mortgages involved for the sale deal.
 Receiving payment/commission on behalf of the company and issuing of the receipts to the clients.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Job purpose: Dealing with contract renewals and maintenance services
Key Deliverables
 Processing renewal notices based on the agreed rental terms by both the landlord and tenant.
 Preparing reminder letters and renewal agreement for the expiring leases.
 Monitor arrears and follow up with tenants when required and preparation of the termination/expiry letters.
 Handling the vacating process if the tenant will not renew the contract and arrange the necessary moving out procedures.
 Handling the property on behalf of the landlord in case of maintenance services involved and coordinate with the concerned maintenance company and or developers to fix any maintenance minor or major issues requested by the tenant or landlord based on the agreed terms during the tenancy contract or handover of the property/unit.
 Inspect condition of the property and arrange for the necessary maintenance needed and notify the landlord.
 Provide excellent tenant service by responding to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders direct to maintenance team.
 Oversee the property on behalf of the landlord i.e being the link between the landlord and tenant.
 Receiving the rental cheques on behalf of the landlord and thereafter hand over the same to the landlord.
