Personnel function:-
• Supervise the function of personnel, I responsible for 6 employees (3 are messengers to the insurance & labor office & 1 to write the forms(1, 6) - 2 other employees for scanning & registering the data of the employees in our program)
• Receiving hiring & termination of the employees from the payroll department.
• Starts distribute it to the responsible person who writes the forms.
• Revising forms no.1, 6 after writing it & before sending to insurance office.
• Make form no. 2 every year for more than 4000 employee.
• Responsible for employees’ files.
• Organizing form no.1, 6 according to the companies & years.
• Responsible for social insurance & Emergency box monthly checks.
• Responsible for the renewal of the exemption from the health insurance.
• Good knowledge in handling labor office and how to deal with staff.
• Responsible for 3 accounts “ Siemens, Ecolab & Abbvie”





Recruitment function:-
• Excellent experience and knowledge of selection, recruitment, hiring and Search for new employees inside Egypt.
• Supervise the functions of recruitment and search for and collect applications of potential calibers for company employment.
• Adhere to the personnel & policy from the stage of receiving the approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job description required up the stage of job joining.
• Maintain and develop a solid application data base and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
• Following up the employers to satisfy their needs (Vacancies-best choice applicants).
• Create the announcement of all positions in my company through “amcham-wuzzuf”.
• Make phone & face to face interviews.
• Make reports for the competencies of the candidates to HR manager.


Payroll Function:-
• I responsible for 4 companies in making their payroll.
• Receiving hiring & termination.
• Receiving monthly overtime & deduction & implement it.
• Make the invoice & send it to the client.
• Following up till receiving our payment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
* Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.
* Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
* Receiving the c.vs and applications submitted to the company from all the known channels (emails, faxes, advertising)
* Classify c.vs in right position according to (experience, education, qualification)
* Announcing for any job vacancy using online channels (i.e Amcham, Egyrec)
* Searching for new candidates for any job vacancy using data base or online channels (Amcham, Egyrec)
* Presenting the chosen c.vs of the qualified candidates to the concerned supervisor or the direct manager.
* Arrange for the final interviews that will conducted by the client representative.
* Taking the feedback of the final interviews from the client regarding the finally selected candidates
* Managing the New Hires contracts.
* Receive new hiring & follow up all details related to.
* Prepare form1 & 6.
* Issuing social insurance forms.
* Act as the focal point between employees & labor office.
* Analyze all personnel data to prepare the monthly personnel report.
* Develop and update the database continually through company program to be updated with recent hires, resignations and transfers.
* Sending reminders to the various administrations to prepare the monthly incentives.
* Register and follow up the attendance for all employees to finalize the time sheet.
* Register all the transactions (earnings & deductions) to accurately calculate the monthly salaries and payments.
* Follow up paid allowances and expenses to adjust the annual budget for each administration.
* Providing accurate information for payroll and tax related issues to our client.
* Print monthly pay slips for all employees individually.

Resolving client concerns relating to payroll related questions and system issues.
