In charge of the following functions:
- Recruitment & Selection (Recruitment Process)
- Organizational Development (Policies, Job Descriptions, Promotions, Performance Appraisal)
- Employee Relations & Training
- Employees' Benefits
•Perform all tasks and duties regarding the Recruitment and Development Department with following up & keep the work flow for all process.
•Create action plans and follow up the implementation Process with all team members.
•Presenting Reports with new updates for determined action plans.
•Participating in the implementation of the new ERP system (SAP HCM) through preparing the all needed data such as: Employee Master Data, Companies Org Structures, Historical data…etc.
•Proactively identify and suggest improvements and development area for TMG Group.
•Updating the company's Organizational Charts annually with line managers considering organizational & departmental objectives.
•Administer employee transfer requests & promotions to ensure it is aligned with policies & procedures and with no discrimination to ensure fulfillment of business needs & satisfy employees' career aspiration.
•Modifying any changes in the Employees database (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations and Resignations) at all charts and informing the concerned departments.
•Developing & updating recruitment, personnel, and payroll policies and procedures.
•Work closely with line managers to conduct job analysis & proper well written JDs for existing and newly hired positions to ensure full awareness for all employees.
•Handling the new hires Orientation program.
•Designing the monthly HR Bulletin using Adobe Photoshop & InDesign programs.
•Developing Company Policies and updating existing ones.
•Preparing the OD Dept. Monthly and Annually Reports.
•Preparing the Employee Handbook.
-Working in a team to produce program about Internet Safety.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions.
-Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
- Designing program materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.
- Developing new Ice breaking games.
-Preparing the annual recruitment plans.
-Receiving recruitment requests from all departments & evaluate sources for potential calibers.
-Handling the new hired Orientation till completing the necessary hiring documents.
-Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's resignations.
-Placing job advertisements in various recruitment sources.
-Screens application forms and short listing applicants.
-Following up evaluation forms for the new employees for the probation period.
-Interviewing the candidates and evaluate them according to the job requirements.
-Handling all positions levels (junior, senior & managerial levels).
-Developing good networking with universities and recruitment agencies.
-Providing a database of efficient candidates.
-Administrative duties and record keeping.
-Train new employees in Recruitment Dept.
-Preparing the Recruitment Dept. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually reports.
- Handling participants queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
- Liaising with event operation team for answering enquiries from participants often via telephone.
- Deliver the event instructions to participants.
- Preparing giveaway items.
