• Worked on projects that have been executed such as, Diplomat Patisserie, Dactylifera Chocolate showroom, and Salsa Restaurant.
• Site visits, meeting with contractors, reviewing the interior needs, and ensuring that the working drawings are executed as designed.
• Handling projects from the design process until delivering the technical working drawings.
• Going to furniture and material suppliers as per client request to execute the design as it is.
• Understanding the client’s budget and working around it to satisfy the design needs within the client’s financial limits.
Plan, design and supervise major renovations, remodeling and additions.
Prepare construction documents, write specifications, review bid documents.
Meet with department heads or representatives to determine interior architecture needs including determining space utilization and fabric and color selections of wall, floor, and window coverings.
Maintains illustrative materials on available products and materials for selection by the user.
Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with sales representatives and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.
Procures furnishings, materials and equipment.
Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations, estimates material requirements and costs, and presents design to client for approval.
Prepares final designs and specifications within budgetary restrictions.
Performs necessary drafting work for projects
