Obtaining required Landing and over fly permits (LP/OFP) -Revising operator documents before applying it to CAA or the handling agents.
-Applying for Slot Clearance Request.
- Arranging handling upon request from operator for handling services, verify the various handling options and prices then send handling request to the chosen handler and finalizing the deal.
- Arranging fuel upon request from operator for fuel services, verify the various fuel options and prices then send fuel request to the chosen supplier and finalizing the deal .
- Arranging Catering upon request from operator or client, verify the various catering options and prices then send catering request to concerned catering provider and finalizing the deal.
-Revising Pro-forma & actual invoices of handling & fuel & catering & hotel and transportation reservation before sending it to accounting department. -Converting PNL into IATA format and sending it to concerned stations by emails & SITA.
-Doing a preparation before each flight by coordinating with all concerned stations.
-Sending AHM & GOM & Aircraft documents of each Aircraft before operating flights to the required stations -Transmitting movement message (MVT) to clients. - Following up flights by phone calls & emails & SITA with all respective parties in airports and airlines operation department. -Handling delays as delay procedures.
-Arranging hotel accommodation, transportation from/to airports as well as booking flights to the clients.
-Planning flights Schedule.
-Organizing database of operation & updating it with each flight.
-Doing training to the new employees.
- Doing operation Shift schedule.
-Handling special requests from the passengers such as "lost & damage cases, specific seats or meals, Unaccompanied minors, pregnancy issues & PRM" with concerned stations.
-Following up Lost & damage cases with the airlines until it's closed and updating the client with each step.
-Sending Norec & Noshow reports to my manager after comparing PNL with accepted list.
- Sending delay reports to the management if we face a huge delay more than 3 hours.
