my position was to respond customers calls, listen to their questions, queries and complaints . So we answer their questions and queries, although we try to solve the problem and make fast solution to fix it, because our main objective is to satisfy our customers .
my position was to make reservations & to advice customers on destinations and make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations... In our job we relay on team work because it is a key of power and for success .
