Establishing & Managing new Legal Affairs section in the company. providing Legal advice for all sectors in the company, conducting investigation, handling litigation, review and draft contracts, member team of the group Corporate Governance structuring team.
As a member of the Legal Affairs in saudia Cargo, my duties are mainly concerned on international cargo contracts ( drafting \ revised) with airlines company around the world. moreover, it is my duty as well to handle varied consultation from all departments in SACC.
Advising departments in the facility upon their request, checking and drafting contracts and representing the National Guard before domestic courts government agencies, as well as tasks related to follow-up with regard to issues of medical errors in hospitals of the Saudi National Guard
Study the needs of the bank to cover the shortfall in the various departments in addition to the announcement of tenders and receive offers and examined, along with the functions of negotiating with suppliers and other companies to get the best price
