• Senior IS Executive/Country ERP Lead
o Ensure that ERP system meet business requirements and goals
o Analyze and review applications support vendor performance against contract and agreed SLAs
o Participates in change request process to review and approve changes to the ERP systems
o Preparing and presenting activity and progress reports of ERP system
o Work with the functional and development experts and users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements

o Help organize user training program

• Coordinate with regional support team for VC issue resolution
o Any Other IS/IT assignments
o Performed and executed various activities and projects related to ERP SAP
o Assisted implementation of vendor on-line payment, automated Bank reconciliation and IDTO
o Participated in Group global projects i.e, ICV(Internal Vendor and Customer), iTrade, GIS( Global Identification services)
o Provided necessary coordination, facilitating interactive analysis and design sessions with representatives of business line and functional units
o Administer SAP user maintenance, authorizations, profiles, etc.
o Participated in security, audit and regulatory initiatives
o Day-to-day user support
o Other IS/IT related tasks
