Supervise maintenance activities including preventive, corrective & plant shutdown activities through
maintenance system (SAP).
• Assure equipment reliability & readiness tomaximize production line productivity & availability.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement on process across the plant.

• Achieved a 100000 SAR/year cost saving by introducing oil recycle technique.
• Won the best team of water savings 3.19L/kg to 2.12L/kg.
Ensured all planned routines are correctly specifiedand critical spares are available toallowthe maintenance
team to effectivelycomplete tasks.
• Gathers and examines basic maintainabilityproblem data from fieldstudies or database and merges data into
well-definedrepair techniques, principles, and procedures.
• Maintainedthe reliabilityof equipment relatedto locomotive & wagons.
• Conduct several root causes analyses (RCA) on breakdowns which improved fleet availability& maintainedthe
reliabilityof equipment.
• Contribute to the development of process flowchart improvement of wheel shop production project which has
• improved the productivity by approximately200%.
Inspect Al Midra tower on daily basis to ensure it is compliance with regulations and standards of Saudi Aramco.
• Ensure there are no malfunctioning systems, safety hazards, or infrastructure damages.
• examine every area of the property, interview floors representatives, check construction documents, and perform
tests, all while taking documentation in the form of photographs & notes.
• Coordinate with clients the entire time and prepare reports about their findings
